Sir Thomas Barlow, 1st Bt. was born on 4 September 1845.3 He was the son of James Barlow and Alice Barnes.3 He married Ada Helen Dalmahoy, daughter of Patrick Dalmahoy, on 28 December 1880.3 He died on 12 January 1945 at age 99.1
