     Sir John Tyrrell was born circa 1593.² He was the son of Thomas Tyrrell and Margaret Filioli.³ He married, firstly, Elizabeth Evelyn, daughter of George Evelyn, on 14 December 1624.³ He married, secondly, Martha Washington, daughter of Lawrence Washington and Martha Newce, in June 1630.¹ He died on 30 April 1676.²
     He was educated at Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.³ He was appointed Knight on 27 January 1628.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maldon from 1661 to 1676.³ He lived at Heron, Essex, England^G.¹

     Martha Washington was born circa 1580.² She was the daughter of Lawrence Washington and Martha Newce.^3,2 She married Sir John Tyrrell, son of Thomas Tyrrell and Margaret Filioli, in June 1630.³ She died on 17 December 1670.²
     She was also known as Margaret Washington.³ From June 1630, her married name became Tyrrell.³

     Sir Lawrence Washington was baptised on 5 April 1579.¹ He was the son of Lawrence Washington and Martha Newce.¹ He married Anne Lewyn, daughter of William Lewyn, in 1609.¹ He died on 14 March 1643 at age 63 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹
     He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was appointed Knight on 24 July 1627.¹ He lived at Garesden, Wiltshire, England^G.²

     Henry Ayloffe was born after 1631.¹ He was the son of Sir Benjamin Ayloffe, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Fanshawe.¹ He married Dorothy Bulkeley, daughter of Richard Bulkeley.¹ He died in 1708.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Troop of Horse.¹ He lived at Pandets^G.¹

     Dorothy Bulkeley was the daughter of Richard Bulkeley.¹ She married Henry Ayloffe, son of Sir Benjamin Ayloffe, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Fanshawe.¹
     Her married name became Ayloffe.¹

     Richard Bulkeley lived at Cheadle, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Sir John Ayloffe, 5th Bt. was the son of Henry Ayloffe and Dorothy Bulkeley.¹ He died on 10 December 1730, unmarried.¹ He was buried at Braxted, Essex, England^G.¹ His will (dated 13 September 1728) was proven (by probate) on 26 January 1730/31.¹
     He graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1691 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1695 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector between 1707 and 1730 at Stanford Rivers, Essex, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Ayloffe, of Braxted Magna, co. Essex [E., 1611] on 5 March 1722, then ‘of Stanford Rivers, co. Essex.¹‘

     Anne Ayloffe was the daughter of Henry Ayloffe and Dorothy Bulkeley.¹ She died after 1731.¹

     Joseph Ayloffe is the son of Sir William Ayloffe, 1st Bt. and Alice Stokes.¹
     He was admitted to Gray’s Inn in October 1646.¹

     Joseph Ayloffe was the son of Joseph Ayloffe.¹ He married Mary Ayliffe, daughter of Bryan Ayliffe.¹ He died in 1726.¹
     He was admitted to Gray’s Inn in 1689 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.¹
