     From 26 May 1830, her married name became Kington.¹

     Laurence Oliphant, 8th of Gask was born on 29 April 1768 at Findo-Gask, Perthshire, Scotland^G.² He was the son of Laurence Oliphant, 7th of Gask and Margaret Robertson.³ He married Christian Robertson of Ardblair, daughter of Joseph Robertson of Ardblair and Rachel Blair, on 15 November 1795.^3,4 He died in June 1819 at age 51 at Paris, France.^1,4

     Christian Robertson of Ardblair was born on 12 April 1769 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Joseph Robertson of Ardblair and Rachel Blair.^1,2 She married Laurence Oliphant, 8th of Gask, son of Laurence Oliphant, 7th of Gask and Margaret Robertson, on 15 November 1795.^3,2
     From 15 November 1795, her married name became Oliphant.³

     Joseph Robertson of Ardblair married Rachel Blair, daughter of James Blair, 11th of Ardblair and Christian Forrester.²
     He lived at Ardblair, Perthshire, Scotland^G.³

     Thomas Laurence Kington-Oliphant, 11th of Gask was born on 16 May 1831 at Charlton House, Wraxall, Somerset, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of Thomas Kington and Margaret Oliphant.¹ He married Frances Dorothy Jebb, daughter of Samuel Henry Jebb and Frances Straw, in 1856 at Firbeck Hall, Yorkshire, England^G.^1,2 He died on 8 July 1902 at age 71 at Bournemouth, Hampshire, England^G, without issue.^1,2

     From 1856, her married name became Kington-Oliphant.¹

     Samuel Henry Jebb was born in April 1796.² He was the son of Joshua Jebb and Dorothy Gladwin.² He married Frances Straw, daughter of John Straw.² He died in February 1875 at age 78.²
