     George Talbot, 9th Earl of Shrewsbury was born on 19 December 1566.¹ He was the son of Sir John Talbot and Catherine Petre.¹ He died on 2 April 1630 at age 63, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Amiens, France.¹ He was educated at Rouen, France.¹ He was a Roman Catholic priest.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Waterford [I., 1446] on 8 February 1617.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Shrewsbury [E., 1442] on 8 February 1617.¹

     John Talbot was the son of Sir John Talbot and Catherine Petre.¹ He married Eleanor Baskerville, daughter of Sir Thomas Baskerville.¹ He died in 1607.¹
     He lived at Longford, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Eleanor Baskerville is the daughter of Sir Thomas Baskerville.¹ She married John Talbot, son of Sir John Talbot and Catherine Petre.¹
     Her married name became Talbot.¹

     John Talbot, 10th Earl of Shrewsbury was born circa 1601.¹ He was the son of John Talbot and Eleanor Baskerville.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Fortescue, daughter of Sir Francis Fortescue, before 1619.^2,1 He married, secondly, Hon. Frances Arundell, daughter of Thomas Arundell, 1st Baron Arundell of Wardour and Anne Philipson, before 15 February 1647/48.^3,1 He died on 8 February 1653/54.¹
     He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Shrewsbury [E., 1442] on 2 April 1630.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Waterford [I., 1446] on 2 April 1630.¹ A Royalist during the Civil War.¹ In 1647 he had his estates sequestered by the Committee for Compunding.¹

     Mary Fortescue is the daughter of Sir Francis Fortescue.¹ She married John Talbot, 10th Earl of Shrewsbury, son of John Talbot and Eleanor Baskerville, before 1619.^1,2
     From before 1619, her married name became Talbot.¹ After her marriage, Mary Fortescue was styled as Countess of Shrewsbury on 2 April 1630.

     George Talbot, Lord Talbot was born circa 1620.¹ He was the son of John Talbot, 10th Earl of Shrewsbury and Mary Fortescue.¹ He married Mary Herbert, daughter of Percy Herbert, 2nd Baron Powis and Elizabeth Craven, in January 1639.¹ He died on 7 March 1642, without issue.¹
     He was styled as Lord Talbot.¹

     Francis Talbot, 11th Earl of Shrewsbury was born circa 1623.¹ He was the son of John Talbot, 10th Earl of Shrewsbury and Mary Fortescue.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Conyers, daughter of Sir John Conyers and Elizabeth Simeon.¹ He married, secondly, Lady Anna Maria Brudenell, daughter of Robert Brudenell, 2nd Earl of Cardigan and Anne Savage, on 10 January 1658/59.¹ He was murdered on 16 March 1667 by 2nd Duke of Buckingham, from a wound received in a duel with 2nd Duke of Buckingham.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royalist Army.¹ He fought in the Battle of Worcester in 1651.¹ He succeeded as the 11th Earl of Shrewsbury [E., 1442] on 8 February 1653/54.¹ He succeeded as the 11th Earl of Waterford [I., 1446] on 8 February 1653/54.¹ He held the office of Treasurer and Receiver-General of Ireland in 1661.¹

     Hon. Gilbert Talbot was born circa 1631.¹ He was the son of John Talbot, 10th Earl of Shrewsbury and Mary Fortescue.¹ He married Jane Flatsburg.¹ He died circa 8 April 1702.¹ He was buried on 11 April 1702.¹

     Brig.-Gen. Sir Charles Lyttelton, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Lyttelton, 1st Bt. and Catherine Crompton.² He married, firstly, Catherine Fairfax, daughter of Sir William Fairfax, before 1662.² He married, secondly, Anne Temple, daughter of Thomas Temple, on 23 May 1666.² He died on 2 May 1716.²
     He held the office of Governor of Jamaica in 1663.² He held the office of Governor of Harwich in 1667.² He held the office of Governor of Sheerness in 1680.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bewdley between 1685 and 1687.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Lyttelton [E., 1618] on 24 June 1693.²

     Sir Thomas Lyttelton, 1st Bt. was the son of John Lyttelton and Meriel Bromley.¹ He married Catherine Crompton, daughter of Sir Thomas Crompton.¹ He died on 22 February 1649/50.¹
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Worcestershire in 1613.¹ He was appointed Knight before 1618.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Lyttelton [England] on 25 July 1618.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Worcestershire from 1621 to 1622.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Worcestershire in 1640.¹ He was a Royalist during the Civil War, and was imprisoned in the Tower of London.¹
