He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Shrewsbury [E., 1442] on 2 April 1630.1 He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Waterford [I., 1446] on 2 April 1630.1 A Royalist during the Civil War.1 In 1647 he had his estates sequestered by the Committee for Compunding.1
