Hereford.1‘ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 14 March 1769 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 On 5 July 1771 his name was legally changed to George Cornewall by Royal Licence.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 8 July 1773 with a Doctor of Civil Laws (D.C.L.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Herefordshire between 1774 and 1796.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Herefordshire between 1802 and 1807.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in 1805 in the Herefordshire Militia.2
