Sir Richard Colt Hoare, 2nd Bt.1 
Sir Richard Colt Hoare, 2nd Bt. was born on 9 December 1758.3 He was the son of Sir Richard Hoare, 1st Bt. and Anne Hoare.3 He married Hon. Hester Lyttelton, daughter of William Henry Lyttelton, 1st Lord Lyttelton, Baron of Frankley and Mary Macartney, on 18 August 1783.1 He died on 19 May 1838 at age 79.3
He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)3 He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antinquaries (F.S.A.)3 He was appointed Fellow, Linnean Society (F.L.S.)3 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Hoare, of Barn Elms, co. Surrey [G.B., 1786] on 11 October 1787.3
