     Hon. Nicholas Alexander John Napier was born on 27 February 1971.¹ He is the son of Major Francis Nigel Napier, 14th Lord Napier of Merchistoun and Delia Mary Pearson.¹ He married Lucinda Fiona Ward, daughter of Simon Charles Vivian Ward and Myrtle Jillian Eileen East, on 7 September 2002.²
