     Lady Elizabeth Hamilton was born between 1640 and 1647. She was the daughter of William Hamilton, 2nd Duke of Hamilton and Lady Elizabeth Maxwell.¹ She married, firstly, James Cuninghame, Lord Kilmaur, son of William Cuninghame, 9th Earl of Glencairn and Lady Anne Ogilvy, on 30 September 1662.¹ She married, secondly, Sir David Cuningham of Robertland, 4th Bt., son of Sir Alexander Cuningham of Robertland, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Cunninghame, after 1665.¹ She died after 1679.²
     From 30 September 1662, her married name became Cuningham.

     James Cuninghame, Lord Kilmaur was the son of William Cuninghame, 9th Earl of Glencairn and Lady Anne Ogilvy.¹ He married Lady Elizabeth Hamilton, daughter of William Hamilton, 2nd Duke of Hamilton and Lady Elizabeth Maxwell, on 30 September 1662.¹ He died on 30 May 1664, without issue.¹
     He was styled as Lord Kilmaur in 1631.¹

     William Cuninghame, 9th Earl of Glencairn was born circa 1610.¹ He was the son of William Cuninghame, 8th Earl of Glencairn and Lady Janet Kerr.² He married, secondly, Lady Margaret Montgomerie, daughter of Alexander Montgomerie, 6th Earl of Eglinton and Lady Anne Livingstone.³ He married by contract, firstly, Lady Anne Ogilvy, daughter of James Ogilvy, 1st Earl of Findlater and Lady Elizabeth Leslie, on 5 April 1637.³ He died on 27 January 1664/65 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He was also reported to have died on 30 May 1664 at Belton, East Lothian, Scotland^G.³
     He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Glencairn [S., 1488] in October 1631.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Lord Kilmaurs [S., 1464] in October 1631.⁴ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] in 1641.⁴ In 1653 he commanded an uprising on behalf of King Charles II.⁴ He held the office of Lord Chancellor of Scotland between 1661 and 1664.⁴ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] in February 1660/61.⁴

     Lady Mary Hamilton was born between 1641 and 1648. She was the daughter of William Hamilton, 2nd Duke of Hamilton and Lady Elizabeth Maxwell.¹ She married by contract, firstly, Alexander Livingston, 2nd Earl of Callendar, son of Alexander Livingstone, 2nd Earl of Linlithgow and Lady Mary Douglas, on 25 August 1663.¹ She married by contract, secondly, Sir James Livingston, 1st Bt. on 28 June 1690.¹ She married, thirdly, James Ogilvy, 3rd Earl of Findlater, son of Patrick Ogilvy, 2nd Earl of Findlater and Lady Elizabeth Ogilvy, in October 1703.¹ She died before August 1705, without issue.¹
     From 25 August 1663, her married name became Livingston.¹ After her marriage, Lady Mary Hamilton was styled as Countess of Callendar in March 1674. From October 1703, her married name became Ogilvy.

     Alice Ella Russell was born in 1979.¹ She is the daughter of Frank Joffre Russell and Hon. Easter Donatella Young.¹

     A contract for the marriage of Sir James Livingston, 1st Bt. and Lady Mary Hamilton was signed on 28 June 1690.¹ He died before 1703.
     He gained the title of 1st Baronet Livingston, of Westquarter.¹

     Alexander Livingston, 2nd Earl of Callendar was the son of Alexander Livingstone, 2nd Earl of Linlithgow and Lady Mary Douglas.² A contract for the marriage of Alexander Livingston, 2nd Earl of Callendar and Lady Mary Hamilton was signed on 25 August 1663.¹ He died in August 1685 without legitimate issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Livingston of Almond [S., 1633] in March 1674.² He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Callendar, Lord Livingston and Almond [S., 1641] in March 1674.¹

     Hon. Emily Tacita Young was born on 13 March 1951.¹ She is the daughter of Wayland Hilton Young, 2nd Baron Kennet and Elizabeth Ann Adams.¹
     She was educated at Chelsea School of Art, London Institute, London, England^G.¹ She was educated at St. Martin’s School of Art, London, England^G.¹ She was a sculptor.²

     Lady Margaret Hamilton was born between 1642 and 1651. She was the daughter of William Hamilton, 2nd Duke of Hamilton and Lady Elizabeth Maxwell.¹ She married William Blair of Blair, son of John Blair of that Ilk and Katherine Turnbull, in March 1666.¹ She died before 1715.²
     From March 1666, her married name became Blair.

     William Blair of Blair was the son of John Blair of that Ilk and Katherine Turnbull.² He married Lady Margaret Hamilton, daughter of William Hamilton, 2nd Duke of Hamilton and Lady Elizabeth Maxwell, in March 1666.¹ He died circa 1690.²
     He lived at Blair, Ayrshire, Scotland^G.¹
