He married, thirdly, Sibylle Kretschmer on 23 March 2004. Friedrich Wilhelm and Ehrengard Insea Elisabeth were also married in a religious ceremony on 24 April 1976 at Burg Hohenzollern, Germany^G. He died on 29 September 2015 at age 76 at Berlin, Germany.

     He was given the name of Wilhelm Heinrich Michael Louis Ferdinand Friedrich Franz Wladimir at birth.¹

     Marie-Cécile Kira Viktoria Luise Prinzessin von Preußen was born on 28 May 1942 at Cadinen, Germany.¹ She is the daughter of Ludwig Ferdinand Prinz von Preußen and Kira Kirillovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia. She married Friedrich August Wilhelm Christian Ernst von Holstein-Gottorp, Herzog von Oldenburg, son of Nikolaus Friedrich Wilhelm von Holstein-Gottorp, Hereditary Grand Duke of Oldenburg and Helene Prinzessin zu Waldeck und Pyrmont, on 3 December 1965 in a civil marriage, with a religious ceremony held the following day, also in Berlin.¹ She and Friedrich August Wilhelm Christian Ernst von Holstein-Gottorp, Herzog von Oldenburg were divorced on 23 November 1989.

     Ludwig Ferdinand Oskar Christian Prinz von Preußen was born on 25 August 1944 at Golzow, Brandenburg, Germany^G.¹ He was the son of Ludwig Ferdinand Prinz von Preußen and Kira Kirillovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia. He married Donata Emma Gräfin zu Castell-Rüdenhausen, daughter of Siegfried Casimir Friedrich Fürst zu Castell-Rüdenhausen and Irene Gräfin zu Solms-Laubach, on 23 May 1975 at Rüdenhausen, Germany^G, in a civil marriage.¹ Ludwig Ferdinand Oskar Christian and Donata Emma were also married in a religious ceremony on 24 May 1975 at Rudenhausen, Germany^G. He died on 11 July 1977 at age 32 at Bremen, Germany^G, killed in a tank training exercise accident.¹
