He was educated at Malvern College, Malvern, Worcestershire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King’s Dragoon Guards.2 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Parker, of Melford Hall, co. Suffolk [E., 1681] on 16 February 1931.2
