     Commander John David Latimer Repard was born in 1921.¹ He was the son of William John Repard. He married Hon. Peggy Bowyer, daughter of George Edward Wentworth Bowyer, 1st Baron Denham and Hon. Daphne H. M. Freeman-Mitford, on 24 April 1947.² He died on 17 September 2011 at Watford General Hospital, Watford, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹
