     She was educated at Cranborne Chase School, Dorset, England^G.¹ She graduated from Newnham College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1966 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ From 28 March 1968, her married name became Green.

     Elisabeth Mary MacDonald Paton was born on 13 October 1919.² She was the daughter of Reverend William Paton and Grace Mackenzie.^1,2 She married Rt. Rev. Hugh William Montefiore, son of Charles Edward Sebag-Montefiore and Muriel Alice Ruth de Pass, on 1 December 1945.¹ She died on 14 November 1999 at age 80.²
     From 1 December 1945, her married name became Montefiore.¹

     Reverend William Paton was born on 13 November 1886 at London, England^G.² He was the son of James Paton.² He married Grace Mackenzie, daughter of Reverend David Mackenzie.² He died on 21 August 1943 at age 56.²

     Teresa Ruth Montefiore was born on 27 January 1947.¹ She is the daughter of Rt. Rev. Hugh William Montefiore and Elisabeth Mary MacDonald Paton.¹

     Jennifer Ann Repard was born on 12 February 1948.¹ She is the daughter of Commander John David Latimer Repard and Hon. Peggy Bowyer.² She married, firstly, Peter William Allen, son of R K Allen, on 27 June 1970.¹ She and Peter William Allen were divorced in 1998.¹ She married, secondly, John Scholefield, son of Jock Scholefield, on 13 April 2002.²
     From 27 June 1970, her married name became Allen. From 13 April 2002, her married name became Scholefield.²

     Peter William Allen is the son of R K Allen.² He married Jennifer Ann Repard, daughter of Commander John David Latimer Repard and Hon. Peggy Bowyer, on 27 June 1970.¹ He and Jennifer Ann Repard were divorced in 1998.¹
