     Ian McCorquodale was born on 6 September 1929.¹ He was the son of Major Kenneth McCorquodale and Ellen Viva Martin.¹ He died on 8 September 1929.¹

     Colonel Donald McCorquodale was born on 4 April 1902 at Shenley, Hertfordshire, England.^1,2 He was the son of Harold McCorquodale and Grace Granville.¹ He married Diana Margaret Tennant, daughter of F. W. Tennant, on 30 October 1928.¹ He died on 19 May 1985 at age 83 at Kelso, Roxburghshire, Scotland.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was commanding officer of the King’s Draggon Guards between 1940 and 1942.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1942.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in 1942.¹

     Diana Margaret Tennant is the daughter of F. W. Tennant.¹ She married Colonel Donald McCorquodale, son of Harold McCorquodale and Grace Granville, on 30 October 1928.¹
     From 30 October 1928, her married name became McCorquodale.¹

     John McCorquodale was born on 24 February 1930.¹ He was the son of Colonel Donald McCorquodale and Diana Margaret Tennant.¹ He married, firstly, Rosemary Anne Fowler on 28 March 1953.¹ He and Rosemary Anne Fowler were divorced in 1959.¹ He married, secondly, Susan Elizabeth Jardine Pick, daughter of J. A. Pick, on 18 September 1961.¹ He married, thirdly, Jeannine Bedwell, daughter of Albert Keith Bedwell and Nan Ellen Maude Pesterre.² He died circa 2005.²
