     From 31 October 1981, her married name became Montagu Douglas Scott. After her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Marion Frances Kerr was styled as Duchess of Buccleuch on 4 September 2007.

     Walter John Francis Montagu Douglas Scott, Earl of Dalkeith was born on 2 August 1984.¹ He is the son of Richard Walter John Montagu Douglas Scott, 10th Duke of Buccleuch and Lady Elizabeth Marion Frances Kerr.¹ He married Elizabeth Hanar Cobbe, daughter of Hugh Michael Thomas Cobbe, in 2014.²
