Inigo Thomas1 
He was given the name of Inigo Freeman at birth.2 In 1777 he succeeded to the estate of his uncle, Sir William Thomas, 2nd Bt.3 On 28 June 1786 his name was legally changed to Inigo Thomas by Royal Licence, in accordance with the will of his maternal grandfather Sir George Thomas, 1st Bt.3 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Weobley between 1796 and 1800.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Sussex.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Sussex.3 He lived at Ratton Park, Willingdon, Sussex, England.1
