     He was educated between 1795 and 1801 at Westminster School, London, England.¹ He was educated in 1803 at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Truro between 2 July 1810 and 1812.¹ He lived in 1815 at Soughton Hall, Flintshire, Wales.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cambridge University between 27 November 1822 and 1826.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Merionethshire between 1829 and 1830.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Marlborough between 23 March 1829 and 1832.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dorset between 1832 and 1834.¹ On 4 July 1833 he was ‘returned a true bill’ by the grand jury of Westminster for a misdemeanour along with a private soldier, Thomas Flowers, and was to be tried by the Court of the King’s Bench.²

     Frances Woodley was born in 1767.² She was the daughter of William Woodley and Frances Payne.^1,2 She married Henry Bankes, son of John Bankes.¹ She died in 1823.²
     Her married name became Bankes.¹

     William Woodley was born in 1728.² He married unknown daughter Payne, daughter of Nathaniel Payne.³ He married Frances Payne, daughter of Abraham Payne and unknown daughter Browne, on 30 March 1758 at St. George’s Hanover Square, London, England.² He died in 1793 at St. Christopher.²
     He held the office of Governor of the Leeward Islands.¹

     John Bankes was born circa 1563.¹ He married Elizabeth Hassell.¹

     Elizabeth Hassell was born circa 1568.¹ She married John Bankes.¹
     Her married name became Bankes.¹

     Diana Valerie Chaworth-Musters was born in 1922 at Chelsea, London, England.¹ She is the daughter of Major Anthony Chaworth-Musters and Marjorie Caroline Booth.^2,1 She married Major Richard Charles Robertson Toller between 1941 and 1945 at Algiers, Algeria.¹
     She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)³ Her married name became Toller.

     Major Anthony Chaworth-Musters was born in 1892.¹ He was the son of John Patricius Chaworth-Musters and Mary Anne Sharpe.¹ He married Marjorie Caroline Booth, daughter of Charles Oldfield Booth and Amy Rebecca Giler, in 1916.¹ He died in 1987.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.¹ He fought in the First World War in 1914, where he was severely wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Field Artillery.¹ He lived at Rowans, Lee-on-Solent, Hampshire, England.²
