Sir Herbert de Maxwell of Carlaverock1

After 27 April 1296 he swore fealty to King Edward I following the English victory at Dunbar.2 He fought in the Battle of Falkirk on 22 July 1298.1

Lady Mary Brudenell1

Lady Mary Brudenell was born in 1610.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Brudenell, 1st Earl of Cardigan and Mary Tresham.1 She married, firstly, John Constable, 2nd Viscount of Dunbar in January 1636.1 She married, secondly, John Dalton after 1668.1 She died in 1685.1
From January 1636, her married name became Constable.1 From after 1668, her married name became Dalton.1
