     Marjory Edmonstone is the daughter of Sir William Edmonstone, 5th of Duntreath and Margaret Campbell.1,2 She married by contract, firstly, Mungo Graham, 1st of Rathems and Orchill, son of William Graham, 2nd Earl of Montrose and Lady Janet Keith, on 26 March 1571.1 She and Sir John Maxwell of Pollok obtained a marriage license on 17 September 1592.1
     From 26 March 1571, her married name became Graham.1 From 17 September 1592, her married name became Maxwell.1

     Mungo Graham, 1st of Rathems and Orchill was the son of William Graham, 2nd Earl of Montrose and Lady Janet Keith.2 A contract for the marriage of Mungo Graham, 1st of Rathems and Orchill and Marjory Edmonstone was signed on 26 March 1571.1 He died in October 1591.1,3
     On 25 August 1547 he had a charter of Rathernis, Perthshire.2 On 8 December 1560 he had a charter of Orchill.2 He was ancestor of the Grahams of Orchill.2
