     Sir William Edmonstone, 5th of Duntreath was the son of Sir William Edmonstone, 4th of Duntreath and Sibylla Baillie.2,3 He married Lady Agnes Stuart, daughter of Matthew Stuart, 2nd Earl of Lennox and Hon. Elizabeth Hamilton.1 He married Margaret Campbell, daughter of James Campbell, 2nd of Lawers and Marion Forrester, before 1545.3,4 He died circa 1580.3
