     Hector ‘Mor’ Maclean was the son of Hector ‘Og’ Maclean, 11th of Duart and Morvern and Jennette Mackenzie.² He married Margaret Macleod, daughter of Sir Rory Macleod of Dunvegan.¹ He died circa 1631, without issue.¹

     Margaret Macleod is the daughter of Sir Rory Macleod of Dunvegan.² She married Hector ‘Mor’ Maclean, son of Hector ‘Og’ Maclean, 11th of Duart and Morvern and Jennette Mackenzie.¹
     Her married name became Maclean.

     Sir Lachlan Maclean of Morvern, 1st Bt. was the son of Hector ‘Og’ Maclean, 11th of Duart and Morvern and Jennette Mackenzie.² He married Mary Macleod, daughter of Sir Roderick Macleod, 15th of MacLeod and Isabella Macdonald.¹ He died on 18 April 1649.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tarbert Sheriffdom [Scotland] between 1628 and 1633.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Maclean, of Morven, co. Argyll [Nova Scotia] on 3 September 1631, with special remainder to his heirs male whatsoever.¹ He was a Royalist during the Civil War.¹ In 1645 he assisted at the Battles of Inverlochy and Kilsyth.¹

     unknown Maclean was born illegitimately.¹ He is the son of Gillean Maclaine and Janet McPhail.¹

     Duncan Macdougall is the son of Allan Macdougall, 21st of Dunollie and of Lorn and Mary MacLachlan.¹

     Sir Hector Maclean of Morvern, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1625.¹ He was the son of Sir Lachlan Maclean of Morvern, 1st Bt. and Mary Macleod.² He died in 1651, killed in action.¹
     He was a Royalist.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Maclean, of Morven, co. Argyll [N.S., 1631] on 18 April 1649.¹ He fought in the Battle of Innerkeithing in 1651, leading 700 of his clansmen.¹

     Sir Allan Maclean of Morvern, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1637.¹ He was the son of Sir Lachlan Maclean of Morvern, 1st Bt. and Mary Macleod.² He married Giles Macleod, daughter of Ian ‘Mor’ Macleod, 16th of MacLeod and Sybella Mackenzie.¹ He died in 1674.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Maclean, of Morven, co. Argyll [N.S., 1631] in 1651.¹

     Giles Macleod is the daughter of Ian ‘Mor’ Macleod, 16th of MacLeod and Sybella Mackenzie.² She married Sir Allan Maclean of Morvern, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Lachlan Maclean of Morvern, 1st Bt. and Mary Macleod.¹
     Her married name became Maclean. She was also known as Gill MacLeod.²
