     Laura Marianne Birch was the daughter of Reverend G. Royds Birch.2 She married Samuel Morley, 1st Baron Hollenden, son of Samuel Morley and Rebekah Maria Hope, on 6 March 1884.1 She died on 28 October 1945.1
     From 6 March 1884, her married name became Hope. After her marriage, Laura Marianne Birch was styled as Baroness Hollenden on 9 February 1912.

Mary Sidney Katharine Almina Gardner.2 She married, firstly, David Babington Smith, son of Sir Henry Babington Smith and Lady Elisabeth Mary Bruce, on 28 May 1941.1 She and David Babington Smith were divorced in 1965.1 She married, secondly, Geoffrey Hugh Pendril John, son of William Davies John and Sarah J. Howells, on 4 February 1965.1 She died on 18 March 2015 at age 99.3
     From 28 May 1941, her married name became Babington Smith. From 4 February 1965, her married name became John.1
