     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.4 He was educated at St. John’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.4 He held the office of High Sheriff of Leicestershire in 1780.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Leicestershire between 1800 and 1818.4 He lived at Rothey Temple, England.4
