     Wadham Harris was the son of Thomas Harris and Joan Wyndham.¹ He died, aged 6.¹

     Lady Elizabeth Ashley-Cooper was the daughter of Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 2nd Earl of Shaftesbury and Lady Dorothy Manners.¹ She married James Harris, son of Thomas Harris and Joan Wyndham, on 20 April 1707.¹ She died on 20 January 1743/44.¹
     From 20 April 1707, her married name became Harris.¹

     Reverend George William Harris was born on 19 September 1714.¹ He was the son of James Harris and Lady Elizabeth Ashley-Cooper.¹ He died on 23 August 1777 at age 62, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Prebendary of Sarum.¹ He was the Rector at Excliffe, County Durham, England^G.¹

     Gertrude Harris was born on 22 February 1708.¹ She was the daughter of James Harris and Lady Elizabeth Ashley-Cooper.¹ She died on 20 September 1708.¹

     Elizabeth Clarke was the daughter of John Clarke.¹ She married James Harris, son of James Harris and Lady Elizabeth Ashley-Cooper, on 8 July 1745.¹ She died on 16 October 1781.¹
     From 8 July 1745, her married name became Harris.¹

     John Clarke lived at Sandford, Somerset, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹

     Harriot Mary Amyand was the daughter of Sir George Amyand, 1st Bt. and Anna Maria Korteen.¹ She married James Harris, 1st Earl of Malmesbury, son of James Harris and Elizabeth Clarke, on 28 July 1777.¹ She died on 20 August 1830.¹
     From 28 July 1777, her married name became Harris.¹ After her marriage, Harriot Mary Amyand was styled as Baroness Malmesbury on 19 September 1788. After her marriage, Harriot Mary Amyand was styled as Countess of Malmesbury on 29 December 1800.

     Rev. Hon. Thomas Alfred Harris was born on 24 March 1782.¹ He was the son of James Harris, 1st Earl of Malmesbury and Harriot Mary Amyand.¹ He married Maria Markham, daughter of Very Rev. George Markham and Elizabeth Evelyn Sutton, on 28 September 1812.¹ He died on 15 December 1823 at age 41.¹
     He was the Rector at Hartley, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Maria Markham was the daughter of Very Rev. George Markham and Elizabeth Evelyn Sutton.¹ She married Rev. Hon. Thomas Alfred Harris, son of James Harris, 1st Earl of Malmesbury and Harriot Mary Amyand, on 28 September 1812.¹ She died on 12 November 1851.¹
     From 28 September 1812, her married name became Harris.¹
