Tipperary [I., 1797] on 26 December 1873.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Norbury [I., 1827] on 26 December 1873.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Glandine, of Glandine, King’s County [I., 1827] on 26 December 1873.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Norbury of Ballycrenode, co. Tipperary [I., 1800] on 26 December 1873.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1
Hon. Otway Fortescue Graham-Toler1 
He was given the name of Otway Fortescue Toler at birth.2 On 26 November 1825 his name was legally changed to Otway Fortescue Graham-Toler by Royal Licence.2 He gained the rank of Officer in the 5th Dragoon Guards.2
