     Arthur Evelyn Paul Ellis was born on 27 April 1894.¹ He was the son of Hon. Evelyn Henry Ellis and Alberta Mary Hardinge.² He married, firstly, Jessica Delma Maria Harrington, daughter of James Harcourt Harrington, in 1915.¹ He and Jessica Delma Maria Harrington were divorced in 1920.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Ethel Philippa Durham, daughter of William Campbell Durham, on 22 February 1921.¹ He and Margaret Ethel Philippa Durham were divorced in 1929.¹ He married, thirdly, Dorothy Mary Eagle, daughter of Charles Henry Eagle, on 12 August 1929.¹ He died on 1 February 1957 at age 62, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was severely wounded.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1918.¹

     Jessica Delma Maria Harrington was the daughter of James Harcourt Harrington.² She married Arthur Evelyn Paul Ellis, son of Hon. Evelyn Henry Ellis and Alberta Mary Hardinge, in 1915.¹ She and Arthur Evelyn Paul Ellis were divorced in 1920.¹ She died in 1923.¹
     From 1915, her married name became Ellis.

     Joan Mary Evelyn Ellis was born on 9 September 1884.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Evelyn Henry Ellis and Alberta Mary Hardinge.² She died on 30 November 1886 at age 2.¹

     Mary Ellis was born on 23 March 1888.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Evelyn Henry Ellis and Alberta Mary Hardinge.² She married Major Denis Granville Coskey Critchley-Salmonson, son of Captain Harold Basil Septimus Critchley-Salmonson, on 3 February 1916.¹ She died on 9 September 1971 at age 83.¹
     She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ From 3 February 1916, her married name became Critchley-Salmonson. She was with Anglo-American-French Red Cross during the First World War in 1917.¹ She was Co-Coordinator, Auxiliary Territorial Service during the Second World War between 1939 and 1941.¹ She was Controller CWL Clubs, Head Organiser in North-West Europe between 1944 and 1946.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1946.¹

     Major Denis Granville Coskey Critchley-Salmonson was the son of Captain Harold Basil Septimus Critchley-Salmonson.² He married Mary Ellis, daughter of Hon. Evelyn Henry Ellis and Alberta Mary Hardinge, on 3 February 1916.¹ He died on 19 April 1943, on active service.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Scots Fusiliers.¹

     Major John Albert Miles Critchley-Salmonson was born on 16 December 1916.¹ He was the son of Major Denis Granville Coskey Critchley-Salmonson and Mary Ellis.² He married Joan Margaret Haseldine, daughter of Colonel Henry Robert Haseldine, on 7 September 1946.¹ He died in November 1998 at age 81 at Uttlesford, Essex, England.³
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War, in Burma and Italy.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 12th Royal Lancers.¹

     Colonel Henry Robert Haseldine was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Joan Margaret Haseldine is the daughter of Colonel Henry Robert Haseldine.² She married Major John Albert Miles Critchley-Salmonson, son of Major Denis Granville Coskey Critchley-Salmonson and Mary Ellis, on 7 September 1946.¹
     From 7 September 1946, her married name became Critchley-Salmonson.
