     In 1355 he had charters of the lands of Cragie, Kincardineshire.¹

     Janet Mortimer is the daughter of Sir Roger Mortimer.¹ She married Sir Andrew Gray of Broxmouth, son of Sir Patrick Gray of Broxmouth.¹
     Her married name became Gray.¹

     Sir Roger Mortimer lived at Foulis, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Buchanan is the daughter of Sir Walter Buchanan, 11th of that Ilk.¹ She married Sir Andrew Gray of Broxmouth, son of Sir Patrick Gray of Broxmouth.¹
     Her married name became Gray.¹

     Sir Walter Buchanan, 11th of that Ilk is the son of Maurice Buchanan, 10th of that Ilk and Margaret Menteith.² He married Margaret Buchanan.²

     Sir Alexander Blair, 5th of Balthayock was the son of Thomas Blair, 4th of Balthayock.² He married Janet Gray, daughter of Patrick Gray, Master of Gray and Annabella Forbes.¹ He died in 1509.²

     Janet Seton was the daughter of Sir John Seton of Seton.¹ She married Sir Robert de Keith, son of Sir William Keith and Mary Hamilton.¹
     Her married name became Keith.¹

     Frances Suckling was born on 27 December 1599 at Woodton Hall, Norfolk, England.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Suckling and Mary Drury.¹ She married John Dusgate before 1625.¹

     Margaret Houston married, firstly, Robert Lyle, 2nd Lord Lyle, son of Robert Lyle, 1st Lord Lyle and Margaret Wallace.¹ She married, secondly, Andrew Gray, 2nd Lord Gray, son of Patrick Gray, Master of Gray and Annabella Forbes, after 1497.¹
     Her married name became Lyle.¹ From after 1497, her married name became Gray.¹
