Alexander Campbell, 3rd of Barcaldine was the son of John Campbell, 2nd of Barcaldine and Margaret Campbell.2 He married Mary Campbell, daughter of Colin Campbell, 5th of Lochnell and Anne Campbell, in 1676.1 He died in 1720.1
