     unknown son Hamilton was born on 28 December 1700.¹ He was the son of Charles Hamilton and Euphemia Hamilton.¹ He died, young.¹

     Archibald Hamilton was born on 7 January 1703.¹ He was the son of Charles Hamilton and Euphemia Hamilton.¹ He died, young.¹

     Charlotte Hamilton was the daughter of Charles Hamilton and Euphemia Hamilton.¹ She died.¹

     Frances Dalzell was the daughter of Colonel unknown Dalzell.¹ She married Alexander Hamilton, son of William Hamilton, 3rd of Wishaw and Mary Erskine, before 1729.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     From before 1729, her married name became Hamilton.¹
