Admiral Sir William Beauchamp-Proctor, 3rd Bt.1 
He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the bombardment of Havre in 1804.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Beauchamp-Proctor, of Langley Park, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1745] on 29 June 1827.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk between 1833 and 1834.1 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral of the Red on 2 September 1850.1 He gained the rank of Admiral in the Royal Navy.2

He was appointed Knight on 23 July 1603 at Whitehall, London, EnglandG.1 He was commander of 200 train-band soldiers in 1613.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Pontefract between 1625 and 28 May 1625.1 He was created 1st Baronet Beaumont, of Whitley, co. York [England] on 15 August 1628.1
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
