     Lady Sophia Henrietta Duff was born in 1740.2 She was the daughter of William Duff, 1st Earl Fife and Jean Grant.1 She married Thomas Wharton-Duff on 13 July 1774.1 She died in 1826.2
     From 13 July 1774, her married name became Wharton.2 From 1805, her married name became Wharton-Duff.
     She had four children.2

     Thomas Wharton-Duff was born in October 1735.1 He married Lady Sophia Henrietta Duff, daughter of William Duff, 1st Earl Fife and Jean Grant, on 13 July 1774.2 He died in 1816.1
     He was given the name of Thomas Wharton at birth.1 He was Commissioner of Excise [Scotland].2 In 1805 his name was legally changed to Thomas Wharton-Duff.1

     Sir Berney Brograve, 1st Bt. was born on 10 October 1726 at St. Dunstan’s in the West, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Thomas Brograve and Julia Berney.1 He married, firstly, Jane Hawker, daughter of Edward Hawker, on 31 May 1761 at Great Badow, Essex, EnglandG.1 He married, secondly, Jane Hallcott, daughter of Matthew Hallcott, on 23 January 1769 at Norwich, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He died circa 1797.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered in March 1797.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Brograve, of Worstead House, co. Norfolk [Great Britain] on 28 July 1791.1
