     From 1901, her married name became Heberden.¹

     Muriel Maude Somerset was born on 21 September 1878.¹ She was the daughter of FitzRoy MacLean Henry Somerset and Ellen Amelia Arnot.¹ She married James Wingate White, son of James White and Elizabeth Louisa Wingate, on 4 May 1909.¹ She died on 24 April 1958 at age 79.¹
     From 4 May 1909, her married name became White.¹

     James Wingate White is the son of James White and Elizabeth Louisa Wingate.^1,2 He married Muriel Maude Somerset, daughter of FitzRoy MacLean Henry Somerset and Ellen Amelia Arnot, on 4 May 1909.¹
     He lived at 1a Bellevue Street, Bloemfontein, Orange Free State, South Africa^G.¹

     James White married Elizabeth Louisa Wingate, daughter of Sir George Wingate and Agnes Muir.²

     Reverend Villiers Henry Plantagenet Somerset was born on 12 February 1803.¹ He was the son of General Lord Charles Henry Somerset and Hon. Elizabeth Courtenay.¹ He married Frances Dorothy Ley, daughter of John Henry Ley and Lady Dorothea Frances Hay, on 8 August 1844.¹ He died on 3 February 1855 at age 51.¹
     He was the Rector at Honiton, Devon, England^G.¹

     Frances Dorothy Ley was the daughter of John Henry Ley and Lady Dorothea Frances Hay.¹ She married Reverend Villiers Henry Plantagenet Somerset, son of General Lord Charles Henry Somerset and Hon. Elizabeth Courtenay, on 8 August 1844.¹ She died on 7 February 1885.¹
     From 8 August 1844, her married name became Somerset.¹

     Reverend Henry Plantagenet Somerset was born on 14 September 1845.¹ He was the son of Reverend Villiers Henry Plantagenet Somerset and Frances Dorothy Ley.¹ He married, firstly, Charlotte Elizabeth Wynter, daughter of Lt.-Col. Rose Wynter, on 4 January 1881.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Walton, daughter of J. A. Walton, on 7 July 1898.¹ He died on 14 July 1926 at age 80.¹
     He graduated from Queen’s College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector and Rural Dean at Crickhowell, Breconshire, Wales^G.¹

     Major Sir William Wedderburn Arbuthnot, 3rd Bt. was born on 22 August 1831 at Poonah, India^G.^2,3 He was the son of Sir Robert Keith Arbuthnot, 2nd Bt. and Anne FitzGerald.^2,4 He married Alice Margaret Tompson, daughter of Reverend Matthew Carrier Tompson, on 11 June 1863.^1,2 He died on 5 June 1889 at age 57.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the 18th Hussars.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Arbuthnot, of Edinburgh [U.K., 1823] on 4 March 1873.^1,4

     Alice Margaret Tompson was born circa 1841 at Alderminster, Warwickshire, England^G.² She was the daughter of Reverend Matthew Carrier Tompson.¹ She married Major Sir William Wedderburn Arbuthnot, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Robert Keith Arbuthnot, 2nd Bt. and Anne FitzGerald, on 11 June 1863.^1,3 She died on 5 May 1889.³
     From 11 June 1863, her married name became Arbuthnot.¹
