Philibert de Chandée, 1st and last Earl of Bath1
He was commander of the French auxiliaries to the troops with which the Earl landed at Milford Haven.1 He was appointed Knight on 7 August 1485.1 He was created 1st Earl of Bath [England] on 6 January 1485/86, with 100 marks yearly from the counties of Somerset and Dorset.1
Nothing further is known about him, and so presumably the Earldom of Bath became extinct on his death.1
