     Frances Ball was born in 1719 at Barbados.² She was the daughter of Guy Ball and Katherine Hole.^1,3 She married, secondly, Admiral Francis Holburne, son of Sir James Holburne, 1st Bt. and Jean Spittal.¹ She married, firstly, Edward Lascelles, son of Daniel Lascelles and Mary Lascelles, on 1 January 1732 at St. Michael’s, Bridgetown, Barbados.^4,2 She died on 18 May 1761.¹
     Her married name became Holbourne.¹ Her married name became Lascelles.

     General Francis Lascelles was born on 1 November 1744.¹ He was the son of Edward Lascelles and Frances Ball.¹ He died in 1799, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Groom of the Bedchamber to King George III.¹

     Daniel Lascelles was born on 6 November 1655.¹ He was the son of Francis Lascelles and Frances St. Quintin.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Metcalfe, daughter of William Metcalfe.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Lascelles, daughter of Edward Lascelles.¹ He died on 5 September 1734 at age 78.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Northallerton.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Yorkshire in 1719.¹ He lived at Stank Hall, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Northallerton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Margaret Metcalfe was the daughter of William Metcalfe.¹ She married Daniel Lascelles, son of Francis Lascelles and Frances St. Quintin.¹ She died circa December 1690.¹ She was buried on 20 December 1690.¹
     Her married name became Lascelles.¹

     George Lascelles was baptised on 2 March 1681.¹ He was the son of Daniel Lascelles and Margaret Metcalfe.¹ He married Mary Doldren, daughter of William Doldren.¹ He died on 12 February 1728/29 at age 47.¹
     He lived at Stank Hall, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Gilbert Borrowdon married Elizabeth de Umfreville, daughter of Robert de Umfreville, 9th Earl of Angus and Lucy de Kyme.
     He was also known as Gilbert de Boroughton.²

     Henry Lascelles was baptised on 20 December 1690.¹ He was the son of Daniel Lascelles and Margaret Metcalfe.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Carter, daughter of Edwin Carter, on 8 April 1712.¹ He married, secondly, Janet Whetstone, daughter of John Whetstone, in 1731.² He died on 16 October 1753 at age 62.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Northallerton.¹ He was director of the Honourable East India Company.¹ He lived at Harewood, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Northallerton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Mary Lascelles was born circa 1662.² She was the daughter of Edward Lascelles.³ She married Daniel Lascelles, son of Francis Lascelles and Frances St. Quintin.³ She died on 28 October 1732.³

     Francis Lascelles was baptised on 23 August 1612.¹ He was the son of William Lascelles and Elizabeth Wadeson.¹ He married Frances St. Quintin, daughter of Sir William St. Quintin, 1st Bt. and Mary Lacy.¹ He died circa November 1667.¹ He was buried on 28 November 1667.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the North Riding of Yorkshire in 1653.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Parliamentary Army.¹ He lived at Northallerton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Stank Hall, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
