     He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire.³

     David Bernard Anthony Edward Beauchamp Pope was born on 4 February 1961.¹ He is the son of Anthony Ross Pope and Diana Caryl Studd.¹ He married Janice Ann Woolheater in 1991.¹

     Sara Caryl Beauchamp Pope was born on 28 September 1955. She is the daughter of Anthony Ross Pope and Diana Caryl Studd.¹ She married Colin Weston Patrick Chase in 1978.¹ She died on 26 June 1999 at age 43.¹
     From 1978, her married name became Chase.

     Caroline Diana Beauchamp Pope was born on 30 August 1957.¹ She is the daughter of Anthony Ross Pope and Diana Caryl Studd.¹ She married Michael Joseph Mackenzie Thorne in 1988.¹
     From 1988, her married name became Thorne. She lived in 2003 at Crane’s Farm, Sibford Road, Epwell, Oxfordshire, England.¹

     Joanell Vera Studd was born on 17 December 1933.¹ She is the daughter of Bernard Cyril Studd and Caryl Theodora de Winton.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Robert Henville Chappell, son of Lt.-Col. Hereward Chappell, on 1 April 1959.¹
     Her married name became Chappell. She lived in 2003 at Arndown, 7 Elm Hill, Warminster, Wiltshire, England.¹

     Lt.-Col. Robert Henville Chappell is the son of Lt.-Col. Hereward Chappell. He married Joanell Vera Studd, daughter of Bernard Cyril Studd and Caryl Theodora de Winton, on 1 April 1959.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Queen’s Regiment.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Lt.-Col. Hereward Chappell gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He lived at Holly Tree Cottage, East Gardens, Ditchling, Sussex, England^G.

     Bruce Hereward Chappell was born on 22 February 1961.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Robert Henville Chappell and Joanell Vera Studd. He died on 19 October 1976 at age 15.¹

     Vera Constance Victoria Studd was born on 14 June 1897.¹ She is the daughter of Sir John Edward Kynaston Studd, 1st Bt. and Hilda Proctor-Beauchamp.¹ She died on 13 April 1984 at age 86.¹
     She was awarded the Kaisar-i-Hind Silver Medal.¹ She was a missionary nurse at India.¹

     Lady Matilda Stewart was the daughter of Robert Stewart, 1st Marquess of Londonderry and Lady Frances Pratt.^1,2 She married Michael Edward Ward, son of Colonel Hon. Robert Ward and Sophia Frances Whaley, on 14 September 1815.¹ She died on 3 October 1842.¹
     From 14 September 1815, her married name became Ward.¹
