     Sir Frederick John William Johnstone of Westerhall, 8th Bt. was born on 5 August 1841.¹ He was the son of Sir George Frederick Johnstone of Westerhall, 7th Bt. and Lady Louisa Elizabeth Frederica Craven.² He married Laura Caroline Russell, daughter of William Russell and Emma Campbell, on 7 June 1899.² He died on 20 June 1913 at age 71, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Johnstone, of Westerhall [N.S., 1700] on 5 August 1841.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Weymouth between 1874 and 1885.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Dorset in 1889.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Dumfriesshire.¹ He sold the family estate in 1911.¹

     Caroline Clare Goschen was born on 26 November 1950.¹ She is the daughter of Major Sir Edward Christian Goschen, 3rd Bt. and Cynthia Cadogan.¹ She married Jonathan Mendham in 1989.¹
     From 1989, her married name became Mendham.¹

     Sir Samuel Scott, 6th Bt. was born in 1873. He was the son of Sir Edward Henry Scott, 5th Bt. and Emilie Packe. He married Lady Sophie Beatrix Mary Cadogan, daughter of George Henry Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan and Lady Beatrix Jane Craven, on 29 June 1896.¹ He died on 20 February 1943.¹
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Scott, of Lytchet Minster, co. Dorset [U.K., 1821] on 1 August 1883.

     Albert Edward George Henry Cadogan, Viscount Chelsea was born on 29 December 1866.¹ He was the son of George Henry Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan and Lady Beatrix Jane Craven.² He died on 2 August 1878 at age 11 at Chelsea House, Cadogan Place, London, England^G.³
     He was styled as Viscount Chelsea between 1873 and 1878.¹

     Lt.-Col. George Charles Keppel Johnstone was born on 5 August 1841.¹ He was the son of Sir George Frederick Johnstone of Westerhall, 7th Bt. and Lady Louisa Elizabeth Frederica Craven.² He married Agnes Caroline Chamberlayne, daughter of Thomas Chamberlayne, on 29 June 1875.¹ He died on 12 January 1912 at age 70.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.¹

     Lady Sophie Beatrix Mary Cadogan was born on 6 April 1874.¹ She was the daughter of George Henry Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan and Lady Beatrix Jane Craven.³ She married Sir Samuel Scott, 6th Bt., son of Sir Edward Henry Scott, 5th Bt. and Emilie Packe, on 29 June 1896.¹ She died on 8 November 1937 at age 63.¹
     Her married name became Scott. She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1918.¹

     Jane Elizabeth Crichton was born on 9 August 1949.¹ She is the daughter of Patrick Henry Douglas Crichton and Gillian Moyra Cadogan.¹ She married Bevil Charles Fitz Ives Granville, son of Major Richard St. Leger Granville and Barbara Lempriere Wells, in 1977.¹
     From 1977, her married name became Granville.¹

     Hon. Lewin Edward Cadogan was born on 9 October 1872.¹ He was the son of George Henry Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan and Lady Beatrix Jane Craven.³ He died on 12 August 1917 at age 44, unmarried.¹

     George William Taylor was born in 1864. He married Lady Elizabeth Emma Geraldine Egerton, daughter of Seymour John Grey Egerton, 4th Earl of Wilton of Wilton Castle and Laura Caroline Russell, on 17 November 1887.² He died on 14 July 1929.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.³ He lived at Moseley Hall, King’s Norton, Worcestershire, England^G.³ He lived at Pickenham Hall, South Pickenham, Norfolk, England^G.³ He lived at Moor Green, Worcestershire, England^G.³

     Patrick Henry Douglas Crichton was born on 16 August 1919.² He was the son of Colonel Hon. Sir George Arthur Charles Crichton and Lady Mary Augusta Dawson.² He married Gillian Moyra Cadogan, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Alexander George Montagu Cadogan and Lady Theodosia Louisa Augusta Acheson, on 1 October 1948.² He died in September 1998 at age 79 at Basingstoke, Hampshire, England.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He held the office of Page of Honour to HM King George V between 1932 and 1936.² He gained the rank of Major in the Berkshire Yeomanry (Territorial Army.)² He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He was educated at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He was deputy chairman of Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust in 1974.² He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1991.²
