     Sir George Frederick Thomas Tankerville Johnstone of Westerhall, 9th Bt. was born on 1 August 1876.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. George Charles Keppel Johnstone and Agnes Caroline Chamberlayne.² He married Ernestine Anne Porcelli-Cust, daughter of Lt.-Col. Allan Roger Charles Porcelli-Cust and Alice Marian Porcelli-Cust, on 23 July 1901.¹ He died on 9 January 1952 at age 75.¹
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Johnstone, of Westerhall [N.S., 1700] on 20 June 1913.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, Royal Sussex Regiment.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.¹

     Ernestine Anne Porcelli-Cust was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Allan Roger Charles Porcelli-Cust and Alice Marian Porcelli-Cust.² She married Sir George Frederick Thomas Tankerville Johnstone of Westerhall, 9th Bt., son of Lt.-Col. George Charles Keppel Johnstone and Agnes Caroline Chamberlayne, on 23 July 1901.¹ She died on 28 April 1955.¹
     Her married name became Johnstone.

     Lt.-Col. Allan Roger Charles Porcelli-Cust married Alice Marian Porcelli-Cust, daughter of Hon. Charles Henry Cust and Caroline Sophia Macdonald, on 9 September 1876.² He died on 15 March 1897.
     He was given the name of Allan Roger Charles Porcelli at birth.² On 2 December 1893 his name was legally changed to Allan Roger Charles Porcelli-Cust by Royal License.²

     Alice Marian Porcelli-Cust was born on 1 December 1845.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Charles Henry Cust and Caroline Sophia Macdonald. She married Lt.-Col. Allan Roger Charles Porcelli-Cust on 9 September 1876.¹ She died on 23 October 1919 at age 73.¹
     She was given the name of Alice Marian Cust at birth.¹ On 2 December 1893 Alice Marian Porcelli-Cust title’s name changed to Alice Marian Porcelli-Cust by Royal License.¹

     Antony Gresley was born on 29 September 1903.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Gresley, 11th Bt. and Lady Frances Louisa Spencer-Churchill.¹ He died on 17 March 1954 at age 50, unmarried.¹

     Violet Florence Ernestine Johnstone was born on 17 April 1903.¹ She is the daughter of Sir George Frederick Thomas Tankerville Johnstone of Westerhall, 9th Bt. and Ernestine Anne Porcelli-Cust.² She married George Thomas Vincent Watson, son of Captain George Vincent Watson and Alice Marion Margaret Conolly, on 17 April 1924.¹
     Her married name became Watson.

     Sir Frederick Allan George Johnstone of Westerhall, 10th Bt. was born on 23 February 1906.¹ He was the son of Sir George Frederick Thomas Tankerville Johnstone of Westerhall, 9th Bt. and Ernestine Anne Porcelli-Cust.² He married, firstly, Gladys Hands in 1933.¹ He and Gladys Hands were divorced in 1941.¹ He married, secondly, Doris Shortridge, daughter of W. L. Shortridge, on 20 December 1946.¹ He died on 19 July 1994 at age 88.¹
     He was educated at Imperial Service College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Johnstone, of Westerhall [N.S., 1700] on 9 January 1952.²

     Gladys Hands married Sir Frederick Allan George Johnstone of Westerhall, 10th Bt., son of Sir George Frederick Thomas Tankerville Johnstone of Westerhall, 9th Bt. and Ernestine Anne Porcelli-Cust, in 1933.¹ She and Sir Frederick Allan George Johnstone of Westerhall, 10th Bt. were divorced in 1941.¹
     Her married name became Johnstone.

     Doris Shortridge is the daughter of W. L. Shortridge. She married Sir Frederick Allan George Johnstone of Westerhall, 10th Bt., son of Sir George Frederick Thomas Tankerville Johnstone of Westerhall, 9th Bt. and Ernestine Anne Porcelli-Cust, on 20 December 1946.¹
     Her married name became Johnstone.
