     Felicity Ann Bailey was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Frederick George Glyn Bailey and Lady Janet Lyle Mackay. She married Sir Horace Anthony Claud Rumbold, 10th Bt., son of Sir Horace George Montagu Rumbold, 9th Bt. and Etheldred Constantia Fane, on 29 June 1937. She and Sir Horace Anthony Claud Rumbold, 10th Bt. were divorced in 1974.¹ She died in 1984.¹
     Her married name became Rumbold.

     Lt.-Col. Frederick George Glyn Bailey was the son of Sir James Bailey.² He married Lady Janet Lyle Mackay, daughter of James Lyle Mackay, 1st Earl of Inchcape and Jean Paterson Shanks, on 14 July 1908.² He died on 25 October 1951.
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.¹ He lived at Lake House, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England^G.

     Lady Janet Lyle Mackay was born in 1886. She was the daughter of James Lyle Mackay, 1st Earl of Inchcape and Jean Paterson Shanks.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Frederick George Glyn Bailey, son of Sir James Bailey, on 14 July 1908.²
     Her married name became Bailey. She was appointed Commander, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.)²

     James Lyle Mackay, 1st Earl of Inchcape was born on 11 September 1852.¹ He was the son of James Mackay and Deborah Lyle.¹ He married Jean Paterson Shanks, daughter of James Shanks, on 10 July 1883.¹ He died on 23 May 1932 at age 79.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1890.¹ He held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [Viceroy of India] between 1891 and 1893.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Calcutta in 1892.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (K.C.I.E.) in 1894.¹ He was member of the Council of the Secretary of of State, India between 1897 and 1911.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Ayrshire.¹ He was partner of Mackinnon, Mackenzie & Company.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of St. Michael and St. George (G.C.M.G.) in 1902.¹ He was vice-president of the Suez Canal Company in 1910.¹ He was chairman and managing director of P&O and British India Steam Navigation.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.) in 1910.¹ He was created 1st Baron Inchcape, of Strathnaver, co. Sutherland on 26 June 1911.¹ He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by St. Andrew’s University, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland^G.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Commander, Order of the Star of India (G.C.S.I.) in 1924.¹ He was created 1st Viscount Inchcape, of Strathnaver, co.
