Brigadier Hon. Leopold Oliver Russell was born on 26 January 1907.1 He was the son of Arthur Oliver Villiers Russell, 2nd Baron Ampthill and Lady Margaret Lygon.1 He married Rosemary Wintour, daughter of Captain Charles John Wintour, on 9 May 1935.1 He and Rosemary Wintour were divorced in 1954.1 He died in January 1989 at Kensington, London, England.1,2
