     From 12 January 1870, her married name became Keyes.

     Myldrede Scott is the daughter of Sir John Scott.¹ She married Richard Keys, son of Thomas Keys.¹
     Her married name became Keys.¹

     Charles Valentine Keyes was born on 14 February 1876.¹ He was the son of General Sir Charles Patton Keyes and Katherine Jessie Norman.² He died in 1901 at West Africa^G, killed.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Queen’s Own Corps of Guides.¹

     Sir Terence Humphrey Keyes was born on 28 May 1877.¹ He was the son of General Sir Charles Patton Keyes and Katherine Jessie Norman.² He married Edith Beatrice McMahon, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles Alexander McMahon, on 15 April 1909.¹ He died on 26 February 1939 at age 61.¹
     He was commissioned in 1897, in the service of the Indian Army.¹ He fought in the Tirah Expedition between 1897 and 1898, where he was mentioned in despatches and was wounded.¹ He was with the Political Department, Government of India in 1903.¹ He was Vice-Consul to Seistan between 1904 and 1906.¹ He was Consul to Turbat-i-Haidari between 1906 and 1908.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1917, in Meospotamia, Persian Gulf and South Persia.¹ He gained the rank of Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in 1917 in the Russian Army, in Romania and Bukovina.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Crown of Romania.¹ He was awarded the Order of St. Anne and St. Stanislas of Russia.¹ He was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir of Russia.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He was GSO(1) of the Army of the Black Sea between 1918 and 1920.¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the General Staff.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (K.C.I.E.)¹ He was Acting High Commissioner and Political Agent to Baluchistan between 1921 and 1928.¹ He was Envoy to Nepal in 1928.¹ He was Resident of Gwalior between 1928 and 1929.¹ He was Agent to the Governor-General of the States of Western India in 1929.¹ He was Resident of Hyderabad between 1930 and 1933.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Brigadier-General in 1932.¹

     Lt.-Gen. Charles Alexander McMahon was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)¹

     Edith Beatrice McMahon was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles Alexander McMahon.² She married Sir Terence Humphrey Keyes, son of General Sir Charles Patton Keyes and Katherine Jessie Norman, on 15 April 1909.¹ She died on 28 February 1960.¹
     She was awarded the Kaisar-i-Hind Gold Medal.¹ From 15 April 1909, her married name became Keyes.

     Roger McMahon Keyes was born on 6 February 1910.¹ He was the son of Sir Terence Humphrey Keyes and Edith Beatrice McMahon.² He died on 16 March 1952 at age 42, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.¹ He graduated from Worcester College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Sussex Regiment and Intelligence Corps.¹

     Patrick Terence Keyes was born on 8 February 1918.¹ He was the son of Sir Terence Humphrey Keyes and Edith Beatrice McMahon.² He married Frances Langton, daughter of Major Arthur Victor Langton and Jessie-Anne McWilliam, on 12 September 1953.¹ He died on 26 July 2010 at age 92.³
     He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at King’s College London, London, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Queen’s Royal Regiment and Intelligence Corps.¹

     Frances Langton was born on 30 November 1920 at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa^G.² She was the daughter of Major Arthur Victor Langton and Jessie-Anne McWilliam.^1,2 She married Patrick Terence Keyes, son of Sir Terence Humphrey Keyes and Edith Beatrice McMahon, on 12 September 1953.¹ She died on 7 April 2003 at age 82.²
     From 12 September 1953, her married name became Keyes.

     Andrew Charles Langton Keyes was born on 8 August 1954.¹ He is the son of Patrick Terence Keyes and Frances Langton.²
