     Sir Ewan George Macpherson-Grant, 6th Bt. was born on 29 September 1907.² He was the son of George Bertram Macpherson-Grant and Dorothy Eleanor Kellie-MacCallum.² He married Evelyn Nancy Stopford Dickin, daughter of Major Edward Spencer Dickin and Norah Grace Stopford, on 18 December 1937.² He died on 12 February 1983 at age 75.²
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.² He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.² He fought in the Second World War.² He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers.² He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Macpherson-Grant, of Ballindalloch, co. Banff [U.K., 1838] on 12 February 1951.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Banffshire in 1952.² He was a director of Scottish Equitable Mutual Life Assurance Society.²
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.²

     James Anthony Fowell Buxton was born on 14 March 1948.² He is the son of Major Robert James Buxton and Lilla Mary Alyson Pumphrey.^1,3 He married Margaret Elizabeth Russell, daughter of Admiral Hon. Sir Guy Herbrand Edward Russell and Hon. Helen Elizabeth Blades, on 4 November 1975.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.² He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1971 entitled to practise as a barrister.² He lived in 2003 at Galhampton Manor, Yeovil, Somerset, England^G.²

     Mary Stanhope Clay Smith was born on 30 August 1787.² She was the daughter of Reverend Samuel Stanhope Smith and Ann Witherspoon.¹ She was also reported to have been born on 30 August 1790.² She married Hon. Joseph Cabell Breckinridge, son of Hon. John Breckinridge and Mary Hopkins Cabell, on 11 May 1811.
     From 11 May 1811, her married name became Breckinridge.¹

     Arthur Farwell married Baroness Barbara Korff, daughter of Baron Serge Alexandrovich Korff, in 1988.¹

     Stephen Howell married Margaret Angela Russell, daughter of Hon. Edward Wriothesley Curzon Russell and Baroness Barbara Korff, in 1992.¹

     Susanna Helen Merriam is the daughter of Peter Hugh Kennedy Merriam and Helen Mary Frances Scott.^1,2 She married Hon. John Hugo Trenchard Russell, son of John Hugo Russell, 3rd Baron Ampthill and Adeline Mary Constance Hone, on 9 October 1976.¹
     From 9 October 1976, her married name became Russell.¹

     Peter Hugh Kennedy Merriam was the son of Sir Lawrence Pierce Brooke Merriam and Lady Marjory Kennedy.¹ He married Helen Mary Frances Scott.² He died on 31 July 2004.²
     He lived at Holton Lodge, Holton St. Mary, Suffolk, England^G.¹

     Sir Lawrence Pierce Brooke Merriam was the son of Charles Pierce Merriam.² He married Lady Marjory Kennedy, daughter of Archibald Kennedy, 3rd Marquess of Ailsa and Isabella MacMaster, on 21 April 1921.² He died on 27 July 1966.²
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He gained the rank of officer in the Rifle Brigade.²

     Henry John Thenchard Russell was born in 1977.¹ He is the son of Hon. John Hugo Trenchard Russell and Susanna Helen Merriam.¹ He married Louisa Beatrice R. Brightman, daughter of Hon. Christopher Anthony John Brightman and Elisabeth de Beyer, in 2008.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     James Peter Faber Russell was born in 1980.¹ He is the son of Hon. John Hugo Trenchard Russell and Susanna Helen Merriam.¹ He married Georgina N. Darcy.²
