William FitzHardinge Berkeley, 1st and last Earl FitzHardinge1 
He was styled as Viscount Dursley between 1796 and 1831.1 In 1810 he succeeded to his father’s huge estates.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Gloucester between 1810 and 1811.2 In 1811 he unsuccessfully petitioned to the House of Lords for a summons as the 14th Lord Berkeley, but was not able to prove his legitimacy.2 He was created 1st Baron Segrave of Berkeley Castle, co. Gloucester [U.K.] on 10 September 1831.2 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire between 1836 and 1857.2 He was created 1st Earl FitzHardinge [U.K.] on 17 August 1841.2
On his death, his two peerages became extinct.2

Thomas Moreton FitzHardinge Berkeley, 6th Earl of Berkeley1,2 
He succeeded as the 6th Earl of Berkeley [E., 1679] on 8 August 1810, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Dursley, co. Gloucester [E., 1679] on 8 August 1810, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 14th Lord Berkeley [E., 1421] on 8 August 1810, de jure.1 He matriculated at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 16 June 1814.1
On his death, the Lordship of Berkeley passed to his heir general, his niece Lousia Mary Berkeley, while the Earldom of Berkely and Viscountancy of Dursley passed to his heir male, his cousin George Lennox FitzHardignge Berkeley.3
