     Major Edric Thomas Kingscote was born on 20 March 1885.¹ He was the son of Thomas Arthur Fitzhardinge Kingscote and Hon. Evelyn Mary Gifford.¹ He married, firstly, Frances Jane Curle Lamont, daughter of Henry Lamont and Jane Curle, on 5 July 1911.¹ He and Frances Jane Curle Lamont were divorced in 1924.¹ He married, secondly, Violet Margaret Bewicke, daughter of Calverley Bewicke, on 19 July 1924.¹ He died in 1960 at Totnes, Devon, England.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 3rd Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War, in the 2nd Battalion, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Reigment.¹ He held the office of Gentleman Usher in Ordinary to HM King George V between 1919 and 1922.¹

     Frances Jane Curle Lamont was the daughter of Henry Lamont and Jane Curle.^1,2 She married Major Edric Thomas Kingscote, son of Thomas Arthur Fitzhardinge Kingscote and Hon. Evelyn Mary Gifford, on 5 July 1911.¹ She and Major Edric Thomas Kingscote were divorced in 1924.¹ She died on 13 April 1928.¹
     Her married name became Kingscote.

     Violet Margaret Bewicke was the daughter of Calverley Bewicke.¹ She married, firstly, John Guthrie Percival, son of Rt. Rev. John Percival, before 1924.¹ She married Major Edric Thomas Kingscote, son of Thomas Arthur Fitzhardinge Kingscote and Hon. Evelyn Mary Gifford, on 19 July 1924.¹ She died on 23 March 1938.¹
     From before 1924, her married name became Percival.¹ Her married name became Kingscote.

     Edric Kingscote was born on 19 March 1913.¹ He was the son of Major Edric Thomas Kingscote and Frances Jane Curle Lamont.¹ He died in 1914.¹

     Captain Robin Nigel Kingscote was born on 8 July 1919.¹ He was the son of Major Edric Thomas Kingscote and Frances Jane Curle Lamont.¹ He died on 4 June 1942 at age 22 at El Alamein, Egypt, killed in action.^3,2
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 9th Lancers.³ He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1942.³

     Pamela Evelyn Kingscote was born in 1916.¹ She is the daughter of Major Edric Thomas Kingscote and Frances Jane Curle Lamont.¹ She married John F. O’Mahoney in 1939.²
     From 1939, her married name became O’Mahoney.²

     Ernst Christian Ritter von Manner zu Mätzelsdorff was born on 7 September 1844 at Schloss Kojatek^G.¹ He married Viktoria Freiin von Bronn, daughter of Carl Ludwig Wilhelm Leopold Prinz zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg and Maria Grathwohl, on 2 September 1879 at Salzburg, Austria^G.¹ He died on 23 November 1922 at age 78 at Brünn, Germany^G.¹

     Violet Owen Lord is the daughter of Herbert Owen Lord.¹ She married Captain Maurice John Kingscote, son of Thomas Arthur Fitzhardinge Kingscote and Hon. Evelyn Mary Gifford, on 1 March 1916.² She and Captain Maurice John Kingscote were divorced in 1936.²
     From 1 March 1916, her married name became Kingscote.

     Beatrix Freiin von Bronn was born on 14 October 1868 at Weikersheim, Germany^G.¹ She was the daughter of Carl Ludwig Wilhelm Leopold Prinz zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg and Maria Grathwohl.¹ She died on 17 April 1932 at age 63 at Ischl, Austria^G.¹
