Patrick Joseph Gregory Kavanagh was born on 6 January 1931 at Worthing, Sussex, England.2 He was the son of Henry Edward Kavanagh. He married, firstly, Hon. Sarah Jane Philipps, daughter of Wogan Philipps, 2nd Baron Milford and Rosamond Nina Lehmann, on 28 February 1956.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Ward in 1965.2 He died on 26 August 2015 at age 84 at Gloucestershire, England.2
