Patience Kemp was born on 24 June 1898.² She was the daughter of George Kemp, 1st Baron Rochdale and Lady Beatrice Mary Egerton.^1,2 She married, firstly, Brigadier Christian George Maude, son of Lt.-Col. Aubrey Maurice Maude and Amy Florence Lucas, on 7 October 1920.¹ She and Brigadier Christian George Maude were divorced in 1931.³ She married, secondly, Sir Victor Basil John Seely, 4th Bt., son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant, on 16 January 1931.¹ She died on 13 February 1935 at age 36.³
     From 7 October 1920, her married name became Maude. From 16 January 1931, her married name became Seely.

     Hester Joan Egerton was born on 27 May 1903.² She was the daughter of Charles Augustus Egerton and Lady Mabel Annie Brassey.³ She married Brigadier Christian George Maude, son of Lt.-Col. Aubrey Maurice Maude and Amy Florence Lucas, on 27 January 1931.¹ She died in 1993 at Sussex, England.^1,2
     Hester Joan Egerton usually went by her middle name of Joan. Her married name became Maude.

     Sir Victor Basil John Seely, 4th Bt. was born on 18 May 1900.² He was the son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant.³ He married, firstly, Sybil Helen Gibbons, daughter of Sills Clifford Gibbons, on 22 September 1922. He and Sybil Helen Gibbons were divorced in 1931.³ He married, secondly, Hon. Patience Kemp, daughter of George Kemp, 1st Baron Rochdale and Lady Beatrice Mary Egerton, on 16 January 1931.³ He married, thirdly, Mary Frances Margaret Collins, daughter of William Ronald Collins and Margaret Helsham-Jones, on 8 June 1937.³ He died on 10 May 1980 at age 79 at London, England.^3,4
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.³ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.³ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the South Nottinghamshire Yeomanry.³ He fought in the Second World War, where he was a prisoner of war from 1941 to 1943, before escaping.³ He gained the rank of Major in the 9th Queens Own Lancers, Royal Armoured Corps.³ He became a Master of the Gunmakers Company in 1957.³ He became a Master of the Gunmakers Company in 1964.³ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Seely, of Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, Nottinghamshire and Brooke House, Isle of Wight [U.K., 1896] on 1 April 1970.¹

     Hilda Lucy Grant was the daughter of Richard Tassell Anthony Grant and Lucy Ann Whiting.^1,2 She married Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Charles Seely, 1st Bt. and Emily Evans, on 9 December 1891.³ She died on 24 August 1939.³
     Her married name became Seely.

     Richard Tassell Anthony Grant was baptised on 22 November 1838 at Alverstoke, Hampshire, England^G.² He was the son of Sir Thomas Tassell Grant and Emma (?)² He married, firstly, Lucy Ann Whiting, daughter of William Henry Whiting and Elizabeth Garstin, in 1863 at Ryde, Isle of Wight, England^G.² He married, secondly, Mabel Baring, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles Baring and Helen Graham, on 3 September 1884.³ He died on 1 July 1902 at age 63 at Isle of Wight, England^G.^3,2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)⁴ He lived at Staffa, West Cowes, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹

     Captain Charles Grant Seely was born on 29 November 1894.² He was the son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant.¹ He died on 19 April 1917 at age 22, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 8th Hampshire Regiment (Isle of Wight Rifles.)¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹

     Ivy Angela Seely was born on 2 October 1898. She is the daughter of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant.¹
     She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1944.¹

     S/Ldr. Nigel Richard William Seely was born on 13 November 1902.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant.¹ He married Isabella Elinor Margarete von Rieben, daughter of Eugene von Rieben, on 24 March 1937.¹ He died on 10 May 1943 at age 40, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Auxiliary Air Force.¹ He fought in the Second World War.²

     Sybil Helen Gibbons was the daughter of Sills Clifford Gibbons.¹ She married, firstly, Sir John Bridger Shiffner, 6th Bt., son of Sir John Shiffner, 5th Bt. and Elsie Burrows, on 16 July 1918.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Victor Basil John Seely, 4th Bt., son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant, on 22 September 1922. She and Sir Victor Basil John Seely, 4th Bt. were divorced in 1931.¹ She married, thirdly, Reginald Thomas Guy Des Voeux Paget, Baron Paget of Northampton, son of Major Thomas Guy Frederick Paget, in 1931.¹ She died on 12 July 1994.²
     Sybil Helen Gibbons also went by the nick-name of Nancy.¹ From 16 July 1918, her married name became Shiffner. From 22 September 1922, her married name became Seely. From 1931, her married name became Paget. After her marriage, Sybil Helen Gibbons was styled as Baroness Paget of Northampton on 2 January 1975.
