     Sir Douglas Edward Scott, 7th Bt. was born on 2 February 1863.² He was the son of Edward Scott and Helen Coupland.³ He married Florence Ada Wilderman, daughter of W. Wilderman, on 11 December 1899.² He died on 22 August 1951 at age 88.²
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Scott, of Great Barr, co. Stafford [U.K., 1806] on 8 March 1905.² He was Rector between 1913 and 1914 at Teffont Ewyas, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.² In 1918 he was found guilty of bigamy.⁴

     Maj.-Gen. Douglas Scott was born on 30 December 1827.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Scott and Maria Gabell.¹ He married Henrietta Belle Williams, daughter of B. Williams, on 29 May 1860.¹ He died on 6 November 1911 at age 83.¹
     He gained the rank of Majoir-General in the Madras Army.¹

     Henrietta Belle Williams was the daughter of B. Williams.¹ She married, firstly, Baron unknown de Bodisco.¹ She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Douglas Scott, son of Reverend William Scott and Maria Gabell, on 29 May 1860.¹ She died in 1890.¹
     From 29 May 1860, her married name became Scott.¹

     Baron unknown de Bodisco married Henrietta Belle Williams, daughter of B. Williams.¹ He died before 1860.¹
     He held the office of Russian Ambassador to the U.S.A.¹

     B. Williams lived at Washington, D.C., U.S.A.¹

     Frances Marie Douglas Scott was born on 8 October 1861.¹ She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Douglas Scott and Henrietta Belle Williams.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Henry Philip Picot on 15 May 1886.¹ She died on 24 February 1933 at age 71.¹
     From 15 May 1886, her married name became Picot.¹

     Lt.-Col. Henry Philip Picot married Frances Marie Douglas Scott, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Douglas Scott and Henrietta Belle Williams, on 15 May 1886.¹ He died on 29 August 1937.¹
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     Lucy Scott was born on 12 January 1826.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend William Scott and Maria Gabell.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. William Henry Edgcombe on 10 February 1857.¹ She died on 7 February 1909 at age 83.¹
     From 10 February 1857, her married name became Edgcombe.¹

     Maj.-Gen. William Henry Edgcombe married Lucy Scott, daughter of Reverend William Scott and Maria Gabell, on 10 February 1857.¹ He died on 31 August 1906.¹
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Engineers.¹

     Mildred Henriett Scott was the daughter of Sir Francis Edward Scott, 2nd/3rd Bt. and Mildred Anne Cradock-Hartopp.¹ She married Adrian Elias Hope, son of Adrian John Hope and Emilie Mélanie Mathilde Rapp, on 12 October 1876.¹ She died on 26 September 1914.¹
     From 12 October 1876, her married name became Hope.¹
