     He lived at Tuberdaly, County Offaly, Ireland^G. He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Penton Lodge, Andover, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)⁴

     Joan Margaret Le Marchant was born on 11 April 1901.¹ She was the daughter of Brig.-Gen. Sir Edward Thomas Le Marchant, 4th Bt. and Evelyn Brooks Knowles.² She married Major Noel Brand Brooks, son of Hon. Marshall Jones Brooks and Florence Thomas, on 29 September 1921.² She died in 1984.²
     From 29 September 1921, her married name became Brooks. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire in 1953.¹

     Anne Brooks was born on 7 February 1923.¹ She was the daughter of Major Noel Brand Brooks and Joan Margaret Le Marchant.² She died on 22 July 2014 at age 91.³

     Betty Rosamond Brooks was born on 9 December 1924.¹ She was the daughter of Major Noel Brand Brooks and Joan Margaret Le Marchant.² She married Major Nigel Steuart Kearsley, son of Major Edward Reginald Kearsley and Elizabeth Grace Ramsay, on 7 December 1950.¹ She died in 2017.³
     From 7 December 1950, her married name became Kearsley. She lived in 2003 at The Old Vicarage, Asthall, Burford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Major Nigel Steuart Kearsley is the son of Major Edward Reginald Kearsley and Elizabeth Grace Ramsay.² He married Betty Rosamond Brooks, daughter of Major Noel Brand Brooks and Joan Margaret Le Marchant, on 7 December 1950.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Welsh Guards.¹

     Rosamond Joanna Kearsley was born on 8 March 1955.¹ She is the daughter of Major Nigel Steuart Kearsley and Betty Rosamond Brooks.²

     Grania Anne Kearsley was born on 11 June 1957.¹ She is the daughter of Major Nigel Steuart Kearsley and Betty Rosamond Brooks.² She married Major Patrick John Tabor in 1983.¹
     From 1983, her married name became Tabor.

     Peter Kenneth Chance is the son of Kenneth Macomb Chance.² He married, firstly, Rosemary Gregory-Hood, daughter of Major Charles Hugh Gregory-Hood and Dorothy Brooks, on 7 July 1932.¹ He and Rosemary Gregory-Hood were divorced in 1937.¹ He married, secondly, Marjorie Elizabeth Mary Airth Graevenitz after 1937.³

     Captain Jack Brittain-Jones is the son of Harry D. C. Jones. He married Rosemary Gregory-Hood, daughter of Major Charles Hugh Gregory-Hood and Dorothy Brooks, on 18 December 1937.¹
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     James Harold Lavery is the son of James Lavery. He married Rosemary Gregory-Hood, daughter of Major Charles Hugh Gregory-Hood and Dorothy Brooks, on 12 November 1943.¹
     He was a purser, Merchant Navy.¹
