     From before 1961, her married name became Belknap.³ From 16 June 1961, her married name became Le Poer Trench.¹

     Silas Reuben Vermilyea was born on 10 July 1889 at Fort Ransom, North Dakota, U.S.A.^G.¹ He was the son of Joseph Vermilya and Martha Chamberlain.¹ He married Rachel Katherine Pechin, daughter of James Nardin Pechin and Anna Rebecca Jane Hough, in 1914.¹ He died on 25 June 1977 at age 87 at Gresham, Oregon, U.S.A.^G.¹
