     Sir Julian St. John Loyd was born on 25 May 1926.¹ He was the son of General Sir Henry Charles Loyd and Lady Moyra Brodrick.¹ He married Philippa Mary Emma Steel, daughter of Sir Christopher Eden Steel, on 20 October 1960.² He died on 7 February 2018 at age 91.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He gained the rank of officer between 1944 and 1945 in the Goldstream Guards.² He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.) in 1955.² He was partner with SAvills Norwich between 1955 and 1964.² He was Land Agent to HM The Queen’s Sandringham Estate between 1964 and 1991.² He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1979.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Norfolk in 1983.² He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.) in 1991.²

     Philippa Mary Emma Steel was born circa 1933.² She was the daughter of Sir Christopher Eden Steel.¹ She married Sir Julian St. John Loyd, son of General Sir Henry Charles Loyd and Lady Moyra Brodrick, on 20 October 1960.¹ She died on 27 October 2020.²
     Philippa Mary Emma Steel usually went by her middle name of Mary.¹ From 20 October 1960, her married name became Loyd.¹

     Charles Anthony Loyd was born on 20 March 1963.¹ He is the son of Sir Julian St. John Loyd and Philippa Mary Emma Steel.¹ He married Jenny Cartwright, daughter of Julian Cartwright, on 14 September 1996.¹

     Alexandra Mary Loyd was born on 14 October 1961.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Julian St. John Loyd and Philippa Mary Emma Steel.¹ She married Duncan Ian Arthur Campbell Byatt, son of Sir Hugh Campbell Byatt and Fiona Mary Mackenzie Coats, on 11 February 1995.¹
     From 11 February 1995, her married name became Byatt.¹

     Mary Rose Loyd was born on 8 June 1967.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Julian St. John Loyd and Philippa Mary Emma Steel.¹ She married Ellis Fitzroy Petersen Whitcomb, son of Major Stuart Whitcomb, on 29 April 1995.¹
     From 29 April 1995, her married name became Whitcomb.²

     Lavinia Gertrude Georgiana Loyd was born on 21 December 1923.¹ She is the daughter of General Sir Henry Charles Loyd and Lady Moyra Brodrick.¹ She married Major Thomas Anthony Gore-Browne, son of Colonel Sir Eric Gore-Browne, on 3 January 1946.¹
     From 3 January 1946, her married name became Gore-Browne.¹

     Major Thomas Anthony Gore-Browne was the son of Colonel Sir Eric Gore-Browne.¹ He married Lavinia Gertrude Georgiana Loyd, daughter of General Sir Henry Charles Loyd and Lady Moyra Brodrick, on 3 January 1946.¹ He died in 1988.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards.¹

     James Anthony Gore Browne was born in 1947. He is the son of Major Thomas Anthony Gore-Browne and Lavinia Gertrude Georgiana Loyd.² He married Jane Anne Dickson, daughter of Colonel Seton Dickson, in 1983.¹

     David Charles Gore-Browne was born in 1952. He was the son of Major Thomas Anthony Gore-Browne and Lavinia Gertrude Georgiana Loyd. He married Diana J. Rees in 1986.¹ He died on 12 August 2012.¹

     Patrick Robert Gore-Browne was born in 1956. He is the son of Major Thomas Anthony Gore-Browne and Lavinia Gertrude Georgiana Loyd. He married Sarah E. Jenkinson, daughter of H. A. Jenkinson, circa 1980.¹
