Cork [I., 1715] on 13 February 1942.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Brodrick of Peper Harow, co. Surrey [G.B., 1796] on 13 February 1942.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Dunsford of Dunsford, co. Surrey [U.K., 1920] on 13 February 1942.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl Midleton [U.K., 1920] on 13 February 1942.1 He succeeded as the 10th Viscount Midleton of Midleton, co. Cork [I., 1717] on 13 February 1942.1 On his death, his earldom and associated viscountancy became extinct.1
