     Charles John Bigge was born on 11 April 1803 at Northumberland, England.² He was the son of Charles William Bigge and Alicia Wilkinson.³ He married Lewis Marianne Selby, daughter of Prideaux John Selby and Lewis Tabitha Mitford, on 27 May 1833.¹ He died on 16 March 1846 at age 42 at Marylebone, London, England.¹
     He was director of the Northumberland and Durham District Bank.⁴ He lived at Linden, Northumberland, England^G.⁵

     Lewis Marianne Selby was born in 1816.¹ She was the daughter of Prideaux John Selby and Lewis Tabitha Mitford.¹ She married, secondly, Major Robert Luard-Selby.² She married, firstly, Charles John Bigge, son of Charles William Bigge and Alicia Wilkinson, on 27 May 1833.² She died in 1889.¹
     Her married name became Luard-Selby.¹ From 27 May 1833, her married name became Bigge.²

     Lewis Tabitha Mitford was born in 1782 at Mitford, Northumberland, England.¹ She was the daughter of Bertrum Mitford and Tabitha Johnson.¹ She married Prideaux John Selby, son of George Selby and Margaret Cook.¹ She died in 1859 at Adderstone, Northumberland, England.¹
     Her married name became Selby.¹

     Bertrum Mitford was born on 14 June 1749.¹ He was the son of Robert Mitford and Ann Lewis.¹ He married Tabitha Johnson.¹ He died on 11 May 1800 at age 50 at Mitford, Northumberland, England.¹

     Tabitha Johnson married Bertrum Mitford, son of Robert Mitford and Ann Lewis.¹ She died in 1794.¹
     Her married name became Mitford.¹

     Robert Mitford was born on 24 July 1718 at Brayton Hall, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Robert Mitford and Mary Osbaldeston.¹ He married Ann Lewis.¹ He died on 15 January 1784 at age 65.¹
